Only in an anime (but that Scar was a homicidal religious extremist human).

    Sorry, never heard of one.

In Sask and Alberta, Canada, in a few areas, there is a legend about a man who was a murderer, who died in a horrible fire, during the winter. Various claims where made that his scarred face was seen peering into homes, seeking shelter from the cold, every year after his death. He was referred to as Scar Face by most of the people who tell the tale. That is the closest I can think of.
