Most canadian colleges are too bland to offer such. The best you can hope for in that area of expertise is the Quebec Appreciation League.

You aren't going to find "colleges" for demonology and occult teachings, and doubtful on vampirism either. You will have to search out books, websites, and online groups. That being said, it can sometimes be hard sifting through the garbage to find anything decent on the subjects.

I know a few good books, but I do not want to mention them where any youngling can stumble upon my answer, for the books are not for children. Feel free to email me if you wish to know of them. Or, do a search on Amazon for Demonology (the proper term for the study of demons).

As for vampires, you can try a few Konstantinos books, but I know very little of the subject.

There are several colleges in Canada that offer cources and degrees in parapsychology.... I think that you are asking those colleges the wrong questions..................................
